ה-AE520 מאופיין בטופולוגית 3 WAY כאשר שני אלמנטים 125 מ”מ מיועדים לטווח הבניים, שלוש אלמנטים לטווח הנמוך (באס) ואלמנט טוויטר בודד לגבוהים כולם עשויים מחומרים תואמים, מתקדמים קרבון פייבר לתיאום טונלי מושלם לאורך כל טווח התדרים.
שני אלמנטי ה MID כוללים סלילים מוגדלים 35 מ”מ לדחיסה תרמית נמוכה וביצועי הנע גבוהים במיוחד. כל אחד מהם ממקום ביחידת תיבה אטומה עצמאית, לאומת זאת שלושת האלמנטים האמונים על הפקת הבס נמצאים בתיבה משותפת בעלת שיכוך עצמי משופר ובס רפלקס אחורי, האלמנטים החדשים המשופרים מתוכננים לספק צליל בהיר, מדויק ורך יותר.
הפקת הצליל בציר האנכי שופרה גם כן למתן כיסוי נכון, התוצעה פחות החזרים מהרצפה ומהתקרה לקבלת במה בהירה יותר.
התוצעה הסופית היא רמקולים עם צליל מרגש, ביצועים גבוהים מאד לכל סגנונות המוסיקה המתאימים לחללים גדולים מגיעים בגימור פיאנו מבריק לבן/שחור וחום אגוז
